Who Are We?

Beaming Knowledge in Africa is a develoPPP.de project of iSQI GmbH co-financed by DEG from public funds of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.

The International Software Quality Institute (iSQI) Group, with offices in Potsdam (Germany), Amsterdam (The Netherlands), London (UK) and Boston (USA), is a leading provider of certification examinations all over the world.

For 15 years, iSQI has played a significant role in certifying the know-how of IT professionals in over 100 countries, on 6 continents, in 10 languages. With over 30,000 certifications per year, iSQI paves the way for successful career development.

The iSQI ‘Certified’ Programme includes certification examinations that set the global standards in Software Testing, Requirements Engineering, Agile, Business Analysis, Mobile App Testing as well as Usability and User Experience and more.

iSQI examinations are supported by a global network of accredited training providers. Their expertise in education assists professionals in honing their knowledge and skills for the certification exams.

Why DEG Supports iSQI in Rwanda?

With federal development programs such as develoPPP.de, DEG supports developmentally sound measures by private enterprises. This involves combining public finance and funds from the respective companies.

With this co-financing, we enable iSQI GmbH to train local IT specialists in Rwanda. Together, we thus contribute to enabling people to complete an apprenticeship that opens up career prospects for them.
